We spent some time on Easter with my friend Kim (not the Kim from this blog, although she is quite lovely!) & her family. It was so great to see them! They live a short distance from my house, but they are having a very difficult time right now & have cocooned themselves away. Life has been quite challenging as of late & it doesn’t appear to be getting any easier any time soon. Through everything that has happened to them they have held their heads high & dealt with their circumstances with grace & dignity. This lovely lily was a gift from them. It is just as beautiful as they are. Just as special.
