My goal this week was to begin moving. I am finding now that I am not running a physical store, I am spending more time in front of the computer. As a result, I need to force myself to move. So I have started counting steps and have step milestones throughout the day. If I am not at my milestone then I need to get out and take a walk. I am very much enjoying this forced form of movement. And look what I saw along the way.
