Movement Challenge – Week 2

I successfully completed 6 days of 10,000 steps. While not difficult, the challenge was in forcing myself from my computer and finding tricks to remind me to move.  So this week, I am adding to the challenge.  Instead of 10,000 steps, I am upping it to 11.500 – basically adding another 10,000 step day to my week. Additionally, I will move faster.  On my mini-walks, I will run for 1 minute, walk for two until I get back home.  This might sound wimpy but I am NOT a runner. So I am starting small.

So time to put on my shoes and get moving.
