Don’t you sometimes feel like the photo challenge prompts are perfect for your day? Well, today’s prompt of TREAT was most definitely perfect! I was really worried I’d miss the food offerings of The Great Food Truck Race since I had to work all day today, but thankfully they stayed open late…til 8 I heard! My husband & daughter picked me up from work (I had ridden my bike but I did not want to miss out on the fun!) & we rushed downtown. We hit all of the food trucks except the Taste of Atlantic (we didn’t see it). We had one thing from each truck & split it between us. Ok, at Seoul Sausage we had two things. Here’s a little collage of our tasty treats:
Everything was delicious! My husband & daughter loved the Korean burger the best. I loved the Italian beef wrap & the chocolate hazelnut banana sandwich the best. But really, there was nothing that I didn’t love. (Ok, the kimchee balls were a little under cooked, but they still tasted great). Even my daughter, who was totally against the food trucks & giving me a ridiculously hard time over tweeting about them, enjoyed the food.
I can’t wait to see the show when it airs!
